Return Policy
Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from
this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund - no
questions asked. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return
of goods.
Goods Damaged In transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "no charge"
replacement, freight free. You will need to return the damaged product (or
fragments which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage) to us for
assessment.
Method of Refunds
ForbiddenFruit will refund to your credit card, or we can post a
cheque or international money order.
How to make a return
All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and
return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also
need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods
receipt.

Delivery Policy
Delivery Times
Please note that all
delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. Orders
are usually processed for dispatch within three business days, however, this can
stretch out as far as ten business days during sale periods and popular
promotions.
Delivery Charges
Orders over $150 (excl.
normal P&H and after any discount offer) - FREE!
Orders under $150 (excl.
P&H) - $9.95 across Australia
If there is no-one to
accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post
office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery
at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you
will not need to mention forbiddenfruit.com.au in order to pick-up your
package. If the parcel is sent by our courier company, they will also leave a
card advising you that delivery was attempted.
